Hi I have recently purchased the BR2 AV setup without the sub and from what I have heard it sounds lovely. I would have prefered something from the silver range or maybe even the bronze floor standers but the BR2s are very good. I have them paired with an Onk 606.

The packadge is incredible good value in my opinion. There is a WHFSV review on MAs website and I think it saids it all. I use it with SONY STR-DG910 but I am not convinced is the best AV receiver for the job. If I had a second chance I would have chossen the Onkyo 605 / 606.

ok cool iv gone and got the Monitor Audio BR2's Today 🙂

Iv got BR2 as the fronts , Also got the Centre and also got BR1 x 2 for 7.1 As Rears .

All i need to know is what Sub should i get with this setup ? any ideas

mj acoustic pro 50 mkII. if u hav a normal sized room go for this its 350 an it sounds gr8 i wasnt sure what to go for when i bought my monitors last wk but i demod this its fab if u hav a big room u may wanna consider sumthin else. my room is 5m x 4m jus for u to compare.

I can't really help you here. I am using a 10 year old B&W ASW 500 sub which is pairing up nicely with the AMP. I was thinking about getting the matching sub but some of the people i speak to are say that I should stick with what i have.

If i had money to burn and a sub that looked amazing I would go for the B&W PV1. But i have also heard the MJ Acoutics Pro 50mkii and this for the money sounds good. Just test a few and you will know whats best when u hear it.
