How to connect the speaker to the amplifier

Many a times, you might want to experience an enhanced sound effect while listening to songs. This is possible with the help of the amplifier. Connecting the home theater speakers or the general speakers to the amplifier will ensure that the weak signals gets strengthened. You can connect the speakers to the amplifiers through different means like long monster cables, with the help of banana plugs. Here is how you can connect the speakers to amplifier.

‘Step 1’
‘Get the long monster cable ready’

Firstly, it is recommended to get the ‘16-gauge monster cable’ as shown in the below image to connect the speaker to the amplifier. You can also use another type of thick long cables for connection purpose.

‘Step 2’
‘Cut the cable sliding through the center’

Now, ‘Cut the cable sliding through the center’ as shown below. This is required as you will need two cable end for positive and negative ports. Remember, you can also use other cable types with banana plugs or spade type plugs which is recommended.

‘Step 3’
‘Pull the rubber part of the cable’

As shown in the image, ‘Pull the rubber part of the cable’ with the help of a strong cut scissors to connect the speaker to the amplifier.

‘Step 4’
‘Turn the socket port on the speakers’

To have a connection between the speaker and the amplifier, ‘Turn the socket port on the speakers’ as shown below. Make sure of the positive and negative sides by noticing the positive or negative signs present on the wire cable.

‘Step 5’
‘Connect the other ends of cable to the amplifier’

Now, be careful of the positive and negative wires while connecting these ends to the amplifier. Press the 'button down’ as shown below to tie the cable ends to the amplifier.

‘You can now easily connect the speaker to the amplifier just with the help of a monster cable by following the above steps’
