how do you turn the rf2 out power on (sky hd box)

i have forgot how to do it i know u have to press 2 buttons together

just found it really strange watch tv upstairs and it has suddenly gone dead on me all fuzzy and the rf2 power is saying on

someone in the hall stud on the carpet with cable under it and the gripper when into the cable and shorted out. tripping the skyhd box i have reset and im fine. what a lovely friday night
