How do I convert a music video from iTunes to play on my Sony MP3/MP4 player ?

Help needed please.

I downloaded a music video from itunes, and then dragged and dropped it onto my Sony MP3/MP4 player. The video won't play though as says file format not supported.

What do I need to do to convert it or make it play on my Sony device ?

Any help much appreciated.

I'm not fully sure if the music videos are DRM protected , i know they are in m4v H.264 codec which is slightly different then the mainstream mp4 version .

As long as its not DRM protected then you should convert the music video to a supported video codec you'r sony mp4 player uses

total video converter is a good tool for converting to/from all formats (inc Apple)
