Hisence still no joy

Sometime back I mentioned that the H65M7000 software had major flaws this was pointed out to Hisence support via Email and personal phone calls, it all seems to fall on deaf ears , sometimes its not just the cost of the product that make people buy goods but also the aftersales , and I have to admit just on that I would not buy another Hisence, if they want to break hard into the UK market with the stiff compettion they will need to vastly improve thier aftersales support, Am very disserpoint to be let down by a good product because of its aftersales.
