high speed transmission hdmi

Hi,sorry but im a novice at all this ! Just took delivery of a Pioneer BDP 51 FD ( out of this world ) and it says to use high speed transmission hdmi to take advantage of TRUE COLOUR, im using an QED-P but i dont know the difference ! HELP

Just means a cable that supports HDMI 1.3 - Yours does.
