hi all im after some advice please I just got BANG AND OLUFSEN BEOMASTER 5000 TUNER/AMPLIFIER from a friend but need some speakers for it what budget price bookshelf speakers would you recommend for about 100 to 200 pound thanks

Looks like a smart piece of kit!
With 2 x 50 W available, you should have a broad choice of candidates. Which brands are available where you live? Are you OK with rear ported speakers, or will they be placed close to the wall?
When buying new, have a look at Q Acoustics, Mission, the Tannoy V4, or Dali Zensor 1s, to name a few. Take the amp with you for the audition, if possible. A home demo is better still.

thank you very much for your help i have been told that if i buy the 2 pin din plug from maplin to put on end of the speaker cable to connect the speaker sockets on the amp i should be able to use other speaker brands do anyone know if this advice is correct thank you
