Help with sony av receiver str-dg820

hi can anyone help me i am have problem with get my surround l and r speaker to work when i am waching bul-ray or dvd i have look trow all the setting but it still does not work, but when i play games it does. when i wach blu-ray or dvd it play out of the front speakers and the sub but not the back and i have set it to 3/2.1 does anyone no why it not working, but it work with games.

i have done it, it was my ps3 setting lol
