Help with Monitor Audio Speakers

I am currently searching the usual places on the net to get hold of a good deal on some Monitor Audio Speakers. Ideally i set my sights on some RX6's (£700) but i am now thinking a second hand pair of RS6 or RS8's would be better on the pocket. I have seen several RS6's in good nic for around the £350 mark and the odd RS8 for around the £400 mark. Today i have also spotted some GS10 (smaller style) speakers for around £500.

I would welcome any comments regarding spending half the cost on some RS6's rather than brand new RX6's also would an extra £50 be a good spend if i found some RS8's? and how about these bookshelf Gold speakers how would they compare to the RS Floorstanders?

I need to spend my money wisely as i am looking to upgrade everything this year inc a 3D TV, 3D Blu-ray player & 3D Receiver.

never heard the gs10 but id sure like someone that speaks about them comparing to the rs6 and rx6

forget about the rs series rx6 is the way to go...

in a diferent leag IMO.
