Help required on a T.V

Hi everyone, I am looking a TV with good sound quality due to both my wife struggle with our hearing, any help would be appreciated.

You could go into John Lewis and get the remotes of the TVs and try them out? What size TV do you want and what's your budget?

Sony for sound, Panasonic for picture quality.

A very cheap option is to run a 3.5mm connection from the TV to a speaker dock, which can be placed as near as you like to your sitting position. Not perfect but practical.
