All I can do is help you with the choices, I dont have a specific recommendation.
Wireless tend not be as well rated as wired for sound, but they are more convenient. You will have future costs with wireless for batteries or recharging.
If you want wired then you should look at the headphone specifications and get sensitive ones. That is because the headphone amp in the TV is unlikely to be anything great. High sensitivity headphones have low ohm ratings (below 50 say) and high SPL (above 100 say) as a rough guide.
Wired headphones may also mean you need an extension cable, so look at cable lengths. In my experience extensions can affect sound quality, though not by a huge margin.
Will you use the headphones when someone else is in the room? If so you want closed backed headphones that do not leak sound. If not then open backed headphones will give you a greater sense of soundstage and noise around you.
Comfort will be important as you will be listening over extended periods. I find circumaural, which have pads that go all round the ears are the most comfortable. But, some circumaural headphones are bigger than others and people with big ears may not fit some brands. They tend to go for on ear which rest ontop of the ear.
If you go to Amazon they have a list of headphones for TV <<<

The only ones I have heard are the wired Sennheiser HD 201 and 202s. They are well under budget, senstive, comfortable and I like them. I prefer the HD201s which have less bass emphasis. The soundstage is poor though.
Obviously check out the numerous headphones reviewed on this site
