Headphones for Ipod

Hola,

Need some advice please, I am going to buying a pair of headphones, i like on ear to in ear,

the sennhieser hd515 look really comfortable but i have come across the audio technica ad700 which seem to have cracking reviews.... are these hi fi headphones suitable for an ipod ?? will my ipod have enough power to get the full benefits ??

my knowledge is very basic so i apologise

The Audio Technica 'phones are excellent, but have you heard the Grado SR60 cans? They may have been around for donkeys, but for our money they're still the best sound-per-pound headphones at that price-point.

Try the Shure or Etymotic range of ear canal phones.

Also, I used a Sennheiser HD25 for years, it is the best closed headphone i've ever tried, keeps most of the street sounds out, easy to drive, and you can get them for £70 now i think.
