Headphone replacement for diamond 8.3 floorstanders!!

Hi,because of my kids i know need to get rid of my floor standing diamonds.I need some headphones that will give me similar sound quality,i mostly listern to rock music

There's a lot you need to consider before you waste a lot of your time researching 50 different recommendations that you'll get here. Here's a short list:

1) Open-back or closed-back?
2) Price limit?
3) Size and portability?
4) Cord length?
5) Comfort requirement?

dont mind if there open or closed back

price around £100 or less would be ideal

size not an issue

cord also not an issue

comfort no biggy as ill only be using them for about 1 hour at a time

Beyerdynamic DTX501p is excellent. Best sound, comfort, convenience - all that for no more than 100 sterling.

Hi,

The Beyerdynamic are good headphones for the price, or the Audio-Technica ATH-WS55 or if you want to spend a little more then the Musical Fidelity MF-100 would be my choices.
