Hi All,

I appreciate this isnt quite the right forum but I have recently purchased a Roland electronic drum kit and am after a pair of headphones to block out my tapping and give me a good full sound. I also want to be able to use these with my home cinema setup so I was a little aprehensive of going for a pair of studio headphones in case I am burning my bridges in other areas.....

Can anyone advise? I have about £100 to spend.

Thanks

Jon

To block out the tapping suggests noise cancelling headphones, of which there are many on Amazon and the likes. You can either get in ear or over ear. In ears start cheaper, but I dont know about long term comfort for home cinema. The only such headphones I have experience of, and they are excellent, are the Bose Quietcomforts at £170 new on Amazon.

Would closed back headphones be enough to drown out most of the tapping?
