Hello, I'm new to these forums so apologise if this question has been raised before or if I'm in the wrong section. Anyway, my query is this -
I have an LG32LH7000 TV and a Panasonic DMREX769 DVD/Hard Drive Recorder. The Panasonic has an HDMI out but when I link this to the LG TV via HDMI the sound is not syncing with the picture. If I use component cable to link the two then everything is fine.
I want to free up the component input on the TV for a game console.
The HDMI cable I used was a 2m IXOS - is it likely that getting a better HDMI cable (e.g. Van Den Hul Flat) will solve the sync problem or is the problem more likely to be with the Panasonic or the LG (therefore different HDMI cable will not help)?
Any advice gratefully received.
