HDMI Inputs on Home Cinema Systems

Hello, I am after a bit of help or have a query. I am looking to purchase a home cinema system along with blu ray palyer and want to know whether there any systems out there that have HDMI inputs on them as well as out put. I am wanting to connect up my SKY HD box as well and play through the Home Cinema Speakers. Does anyone know if this is possible? Or have a make and model of system which does it?

Any feedback greatly accepted.

SKY HD doesnt allow 5.1 sound down the HDMI so you need an optical or coaxial input as well
