Hypothetically would I see and hear much of a difference in my set up swapping the QED Qunex HDMI-P cables for the Chord silver plus? and would it be worth it or an expensive extravagence?

NO.

To be honest I wouldn't bother from what I have read as long as the cable is certified 1.3a you can use any cable and these start from as little as £10 that is of course unless your a total purist and have spent over say £40k on your kit or have cable runs over the 5 metre length. The only other factor is to buy a cable thats well made and not too thin to protect it from power sources etc.

But don't let me put you off spending your money, each to their own.

For more info just do an internet search on HDMI cables and read, read, read. Although I sure you'll have a lot of other replies telling you different.

Don't worry, I have absolutely no intention of replacing my cables, I just wanted to know if there would be a significant noticible difference.

Neil,

The way I did it was to go back to >>forums>> Home Cinema (or what ever section you want) and hit the 'Start a New Topic' button

Cheers
