Have samsung brought out a new curved tv ?

I have just come across this samsung 55HU8200 and i wondered if samsung have brought out a new tv ???

That was already announced. Essentially, it's a curved version of the HU7500.

I was going to say samsung are filling a gap, it seems a bit daft to me as far as i'm concerned their is not a lot of difference between the 7500 and the 8500, i am still not sure who this tv is aimed at.
