They seem cheaper than anywhere else, but with only four seller ratings online (one of which was very critical of their aftersales service) I'm slightly dubious about buying from them.

I have used them in the past and had no problems in fact they were very helpful when i was having problems with a chord co hdmi matrix and give me a refund straight away also spoke at length to the technical team which was also helpful i would certainly use them again
I've bought stuff from them on several occasions, and found the service very good with fast delivery. However, since I've never had a problem, I can't comment on that side of things.
I've used them quite a bit - probably a dozen orders in the last 5 yrs - and I can confidenty recommend them. Prices are pretty good, though not as generously discounted as they were a few years back, and the service has always been sound. They've been especially helpful on the phone the couple of times I've had cause to speak to them.
Worth noting that the last two orders I've placed have been slightly wrong, with an incorrect item picked and sent. Having said that, on each occasion they've apologised straight away, got me a replacement within 48hrs and refunded the cost of sending the wrong thing back without being asked, so I'll be using them again.

Yes, no problem with them - prices are the same as, say, futureshop, but postage is free (the former only free over £100).
I have used them on a number of occasions over the years and have also been pleased with the level of service and prompt delivery. They even manu****tured a 1.25m length of centre speaker cable and only charged me for 1m, when I was fully expecting to pay for say 2m and would have been perared to pay for that.
So yes buy with confidence.

very helpful. They reply to any request even if it comes from continental Europe. I ordered my dac and phono amp from them.
Do they post internationally...like to Ireland for instance? I have found it very difficult to find cable suppliers who post here at an affordable price anyway...

You will only find one negative review about us on the internet, it still greatly saddens me that we even managed to leave one customer upset enough to want to say negative things about us. I dealt with the person myself so I have to take responsibility for that.
But after 10 years of business and many tens of thousands of orders maybe that is inevitable.
Trusted Reviews is very US centric and doesnt carry many reviews of us. Trustpilot is more Europe centric and you will find more positive reviews here:

Can't fault them - they ship out to me in Brisbane (Australia) - usually arriving in under a week and they deduct the VAT for o/s buyers too. Class A service. AUstralians can pay up to 300% UK prices buying branded cables locally - as you can imagine HiFiCables.co.uk have saved me a mint.
Bought loads of stuff from them, always quick delivery and never had any problems.
