Harmony One and Varilight Activity setup

Here we go i will try to explain as best i can.

I want to add a device (varilight remote light switch) to my activities but when i initially switch everything on i dont want it to actually do anything, i just want to be able to turn the light on and off without having to change device in the particular activity.

I have managed to add it into the activity but every time i switch everything on the lights come on aswell, even though when i go through the setup it shows no command for the varilight.

I hope that makes sense

Hi,

I think you may have to set up two separate 'activities'? One for night and one for day. The night one will include the varilight power on/off whereas the daytime activity will not.

sounds like a good suggestion

. I have tried to set up an Activity with a Varilight equipment and have to say I could'nt do it

. my only other suggestion would be to log a question on the Logitech support site (they were very good helping solve a couple of problems I was experiencing with my Harmony One).
