Harmony 650 vs 700 vs one? Why?

Hello, I am thinking of getting one of the above and would like to know why the harmony one is almost double than the others? What is the big difference? Is it really worth it or are the others more or less the same?

I need to replace 4 remotes and I would like to be able to define macros (ex. watch TV = TV on + amp on + channel 5, etc...).

You can compare the different models on the Logitech website - see here.

So the main upgrades on the One are controlling up to 15 devices (compared with 6 for the 700 and 5 for the 650) and the touch screen.
