H|ow do you clean smear marks on an LCD ?

Help please...

I've got a couple of smear marks on my Sony LCD panel and do not know how to get rid of them.

I've tried breathing on them and wiping softly with a cotton t-shirt but they are still there. Last year i had some and tried using plasma/lcd wipes by ixos and they made it worse, I ended up having to send it back to John Lewis to have it cleaned professionally. If anyone can help i'd really appreciate it...many thanks

Hm - dunno, other than computer screen wipes from Maplins, which usually sorts me out...........

Thanks, do the wipes not leave smear marks themselves ? This is what I found when i used the ixos wipes last year.
