i obviously have no idea about copyright rules, i just thought it would be useful.

does this mean that all my posts on here are my copyright?

if the guy who wrote it gives permission is it ok to re-post?

From Terms of Use:

"You hereby waive all of the moral rights that you have under Chapter IV of the Copyright,
Design and Patents Act 1988 in respect of any material you submit, post, upload,
email or otherwise transmit to Haymarket or to the Site"

Probably need Andrew to comment on the 'permission' clause cos I don't understand it:

"The copyright, and other rights, in some of the material appearing on the Site may
belong to a third party. It is your responsibility to obtain any licences or permissions
that may be required to use such material and you agree to pay any costs or expenses
incurred by Haymarket which arise as a result of your failure to obtain such licences
and permissions."

thanks, a.f.a.i.k. the other site leaves copyright in the hands of the original author but i think i'll leave it. i'm sure a bit of googling would bring up the original anyway.

ALternatively, you could write a few words of your own? I'm sure you must have experiences / lessons learnt with the MM which would be worth sharing with others.

Does that mean, when I was quoted by PMC in some of their advertising blurb a while ago, WHFSV gave them permission to use it?

(I never did get those speakers)
