Good pair of normal headphones?

I am looking to purchase a good pair of normal in ear headphones. I hate those in ones that sit deep in your ear with a passion, but that seems to be all that WhatHiFi reviews!

Does anyone know of a good pair of earphones that are just flat and don't have that horrible nasty bud thing on the end?
