good cables for bass

im in need of two 3m runs of cables round £10 per meter to had some bass to my sistem also a optical digital cable for £20|30 for the same purpose thanks in advance no cable wars please

They must have gone asleep or perhaps killed each other in another thread.

No brands, just choose a well made cable containing a healthy amount of thick copper strand (no silver plating), ideally with spaced conductors or twisted. No termination unless you're a prolific cable twiddler.
