Ghost in the Shell - out soon on UHD - any good?

Ghost in the Shell looks like its going to be a visual spectacle ideal for the UHD format.

Its out on a few weeks and you can preorder it now - its out 7th Aug 2 weeks

I thought the trailers made it look good - whats the verdict on it?

Also just seen Kong Skull Island is out on UHD next week as well.

Bet thats a spectacle as well

Got some user reviews from the US where it's out already. Do you import? I have done on a couple of discs, worked out cheaper too, or the same price.

I have imported but I am in no rush and if you wait you get the UK Blu ray as well. cant play the US version.

It's a decent film, but it feels like a little something is missing - maybe 'soulless'? But does looks great though. I wanted to go back and see it in 3D but didn't get round to it.

No. Some supermarkets may have a small collection, or an HMV store if it's open near you. Otherwise online.

my local tesco had a few now down to the same couple up for sale - however they have put in a large selection of vinyl for sale 🙂

Thanks for your replies. I. Visit Felixstowe every year, and I make most of my purchases there from either richer sounds or seven oaks.. For someone foreign to the UK , these chains are the easiest to reach.

This is well worth £25 on UHD.
I can't believe the AVF review scored this film so low.

I really enjoyed it and the sound not seen a film for a while with this quality of sound track.
