gator and op-amp upgrade for the beresford caiman

anybody done this upgrade and if so what do you think, is it worth it and what are the results against the stock caiman

Just done the gator upgrade. Still evaluating it to be honest although it's clearly not a subtle difference. I find it more detailed with a more forward presentation than the stock Caiman - however for some reason I am finding it difficult to follow bass lines now on certain tracks. I also don't find the dynamic range as good as my NAD cd player however I'm not sure if this has changed with the upgrade. I'm tempted to revert back to the old board for comparison although I haven't got around to it yet and want to give the new board more time.
