Or don't buy it at all safe in the knowledge you've missed nothing special then when it makes it on to TV in a few years you can watch the first 15-20 minutes before switching over and thinking how glad you were that you didn't waste you time buying it in the first place then going to the effort of selling it on.
I did rent it (for considerably less than £4) and thought it was the biggest steaming pile I've had the misfortune to watch for quite some time. The reviews on Rotten Tomatoes shows I'm not in the minority.
