Hi. Just sold my one year old onkyo 605 for £250 and added £150 for the 606. Is this a wise decision to pay the extra £150 for the 606 or should I have just opted for the 875 (silver) which was reduced to £599 at one time? I like the added features of the 606 especially the dynamic equalizer which improved the sound quality to both movies and music. Cheers!

If you're happy then it was a wise decision. You're getting a lot of amp with the 875 at £599 but I don't think you can get it this cheap any more.
in the 605 manuan it shows it has equalizer also...maybe the website is wrong.....guess Equalizer is a plus, especially to make corrections for the different speakers used.Only onkyo seems to have this possibility
