Freesat+ and FreeView HD

I have recently purchased a Humax Freesat+ HDR box and have been vey impressed with hd content coverage of Wimbledon.

Just read the news story about freeview hd coming at the end of this year to certain areas.

Will i be able to recieve freeview HD on my Freesat+ box???

Or will i have to purchase yet another box?!!

Also does anyone know whether you can recieve Sky Sports News on freesat??
