A couple of years ago my lovely NAD C350 died. It just went off with a horrible smell, I did a visual check and couldn't see anything obvious. Anyway thinking it would be a nightmare to sort out I bought a C326 BEE to replace it and my C350 has been sitting for 2 years with no functionality at all.

Well I've fancied running my computer in my home office through an amp and speakers along with the turntable I've now bought. So I started putting some time into the old C350 amp to see if I could give it a new lease of life.

A bit of research some schematic diagrams a new standby transformer and some new capcitiors later I've fixed it! It only cost me £11 in parts and then just my own time.

It wouldn't even power up before, now it's fully operational again. So my new turtnable and and my iMac are getting set up with it in my office room. I'm really chuffed, I loved that amplifier! :D

Now I need some passive desktop speakers...
