First AV Receiver - Few questions

Hello,
I am looking at buying my first AV receiver, which I want to use for both home cinema and for streaming music to. I currenly own a pair of Q Acustics 3020s. If I buy an AV reciever (for example I am looking at the Denon AVR-X2200W) will it work ok with only 2 speakers initally? Also any thoughts about speakers that could accompany it at a later stage?

Yes, you'll be fine running just 2 speakers initially. I would recommend you stick to Q acoustics 3000 series speakers for better sound cohesion.
