I did see a woman walk out of the local post office (she was about 60, give or take) and post a letter in the bin instead of the post box.

Probably got a quicker delivery.

An old work colleague took an early video camera (with separate 'portable' recorder) into our workplace.

I've just seen the footage for the first time, watching myself, as I was, 38 years ago.
Shocking where time goes.
I do appreciate being still alive and healthy though, whereas others on the video are dead or have Alzheimer's.

(I need a more 'live for today' mindset than I've ever had before, that's for sure).

Recently I dug up an old album with pictures of me, including ones from around 40 years ago, when I had a goodly head of hair!

Now if you see me from a distance and, when I have let my beard grow a bit longer, I look like I have my head on upside-down.
