I collect film cameras ! But i wonder if the film camera become what vinyl has done to the record industry ! maybe people like the good old days , maybe this is one "good thing " that happened back in the day . My collection is around 18 cameras now ( including the mighty Nikon F5 ) plus 8 digitals 2 Fuji one Lumix and one Nikon B700 Bridge camera plus 3 Nikons DSLR and one waterproof Pentex / I love to see Nikon and Canon start manufacturing Film cameras now they be a lot better than the last years of them in around 2000. The technology is there But it is possible to make a film / digital camera that does both . Or better still remodel the Nikon F6 and Canon F1 . The best cameras of there day

Great post.
I'm looking to off load my Nikon DSLR and fully embrace Mirrorless.
The child in me wants Nikon budget Full frame Z5 II but it's set at a crazy price £1.5k.
So I'm going to water down my expectations, I'm looking at Z6 II, also FX.
The Z5 II is very close to Z6 III, £800 cheaper and arguably has more features , a bit of an overlap from Nikon.
I will get FTZ lens adapter, this will ensure compatibility with my collection of DX lens.
Happy Days 🎥😊
