Fear And Loathing In Las Vegas - UK release on Blu-Ray

Was looking at Play.com earlier and found Fear And Loathing In Las Vegas on dvd for £4. Did a search for it's blu ray equivalent but nothing found.

I've just done a google search for the blu-ray disc and apparently it's just been released in the US but for $49 !!!

Can't find any news on a UK release - anyone know if it due here soon ?
