Excellent Customer services from AE

About 3 weeks ago I finally completed (after a couple of years!) my surround sound by getting the Neo Sub (v1) direct from AE. It really sounds superb and (obviously) matches the front Neo3's completely.

However, I'd noticed that when the power is set to Auto, it didn't wake up, and if I set the switch to ON, after a day or so it would turn itself off. Anyway, I phone AE yesterday and they have arranged to collect the faulty sub, and replace it with a v2 Sub, on the same day.

Just want to say that I'm really chuffed with this service, and well done to AEJim and his staff.

Maybe, but how many companies actually do it? Just refreshing not to have to ask!

I had a similar experience with Jim and his gang.... brought a Radiance sub directly, that stopped working after a couple of weeks.

It was replaced no problem at all, with the other taken back to them at the same time......
