I've had my Devialet D200 a little over three years now and it has performed flawlessly, being used on an almost daily basis.

A few days ago, I decided to swap over the SAM implementation from my Focal 1008Be's to my Sonus Faber Cremona Auditor M's. This necessitates downloading a file from the configurator on the Devialet website onto an SD card and inserting it into the Devialet to reconfigure it. For some reason, I was having some trouble doing this from within Safari on my Powerbook Pro and sent a curt email to Devialet to complain.

A day later, I got a phone call from Devialet offering help. The problem was remedied and everything then worked fine.

The day after that, I got an email from them asking if the issue was resolved and if they could be of any further assistance.

I have to say that service like this goes a long way to ensuring continued brand loyalty.

I’d agree but this is the bare minimum lots don’t do.
