epos m12.2 or m12i ?

i can see auctions, on ebay, from time to time, concerning epos m12.2 (previous 12i model) with prices ranging from £200 to £300.

what's your opinion in general about m12.2 ? some believe they sound better than the newer model m12i ?

you believe a used m12.2 in excellent condition is worth that money ?

The M12.2 are excellent speakers but the newer M12i are better. I've listened to both and these are essentially 'mini' versions of the M22's, which I had before my recent upgrade.

Very good speakers but not for bass freaks. If you value detail and resolution and the fact that voices sound better than most other speakers, then these are for you. Also, good imaging but not a particularly large soundstage.
