Since setting up the hifi on a decent rack, and buying the new turntable, I have really been enjoying the sound quality of the rega CD player. Not so long ago, I was going to sell the apollo, and upgrade to the Saturn, but since I've had the Marantz turntable, ironically I've been listening to more CDs! Go figure. Lol.
the apollo really is a quality piece of kit, very enjoyable. And with the added bonus of allowing me to sit on my ass after work and chill out for an hour or so without having to get up and turn the album over..
dare I say it, I think I'm actually completely satisfied with my whole set-up.
Pit has been totally changed over the last year or so, and has never sounded better.
