Well it's the end of another season of the Fantasy Football League, and we have a clear winner - step up, Geoff Pryor and his HI-fi Highflyers!
For his champion performance - coming off the back of an incredibly strong finish to the season, with month 6 and 7 wins - Geoff lands a £50 Amazon certificate, plus a Loc8tor Lite gadget security device worth £40.
The league table top ten for the year is:
1) Geoff Pryor - HI-fi Highflyers - 1629 points
2) Simon Heald - Pathetico Madrid - 1560 points
3) John Powis - Ferkin Hell Ma - 1555 points
4) Steve Evans - Llanelli Bluebirds 2 - 1553 points
5) Ian Brown - Daymo's Barmy Army 2 - 1518 points
6) David Cartwright - Jake Tries Again - 1501 points
7) Matt Waterhouse - Viking Spirit - 1496
8 ) Simon Heald - Real e bad - 1495
9) Matt Waterhouse -Fidelity Allstars - 1486
10) Gavin Jaynes - Shaken Not Stirred - 1464
A special mention for Simon Heald and Matt Waterhouse for having two teams each in the Top 10.
Personally I was pleased come 28th with 1239 points - not bad for a team that made no substitutions!
Wooden spoon goes to Damian Jepson's Deano Agana II team, that picked up just 833 points over the season.
