If it sonically flicks your switch and you have a large enough room, I suppose it would be a bargain.

I wouldn't say that is a perfect system as he describes it. There are many high-end alternatives that would rival it, especially concerning the speakers and vinyl/cart/arm and phono amp source. Many equal or better alternatives to the amps also.

Also, far too much glass in the bespoke cabinet for my liking.

from the pic, it looks like 16 seperates plus 2 speakers

so, 2000 euros for 16 interconnects plus 2 runs of speaker cable works out to 111 euros per cable (and some of the interconnects are pretty long) .... assuming thats the way it is connected

He must be using Hitachi speaker cable and silver high breed interconnects (like me) ... he has good taste
