Hi all just a quick one, was just going to purchase some cracking Blu-rays, but it has been a long time since buying imports, last ones were Play-USA anyway this site has been around a while but never bought from them, any feed back would be good from any one who has bought from these guys, or recomend another site,[excluding Movietyme] Many thanks. 8)

I used them years ago and they were good. I now use Amazon.com but be careful with import tax! ;)

Hi there. In answer to your question re blu-ray imports, I have been using DVDWorldUSA.com for the last two years to import new films sometimes months ahead of their UK release date. it takes about a week for delivery, never had to pay any import taxes and their website tells you if the film you are buying will play on your machine ( region coding ) They also do special editions and us exclusives of blu-rays and some films not released at all in the UK either in the cinema or for the home. In addition I also use Amazon UK to order US blu-ray versions of films that are only released on dvd (mostly small independent films). I have only had to pay import tax on a couple of occasions so that side of importing seems a bit hit or miss. hope this information helps you, final query you said excluding Movietyme, have you had problems with this company, I have ordered a few discs with them and not had any problems except their delivery time was very slow compared to both websites mentioned above. happy importing.
