DVD Recorder with PVR

Now, this might be the wrong forum, but here goes.
I'm looking for this:
PVR
Freeview + (with series record)
Twin Tuners (watch & record different channels)
DVD recorder
HDMI output
Upscaling (720p is fine)
250gig minimum HDD

Does this exist?

From memory if you have a DVD recorder with an HD, you're stuck with one analogue and one digital tuner, which put me off completely. Things may have moved on though, let me have a look...

Right, can't speak for Series Record, but all of these satisfy the rest of the requirements, apart from the fact that, as guessed above, they have one digital and one analogue tuner:

This is according to the buyer's guide - you should confirm specs for each one for peace of mind.

does it have to be Freeview? Panasonic have formally announced a freesat twin-tuner pvr blu-ray/dvd recorder with a 500gb HDD. No prices yet. Sony had something similar in Japan last year for about £1100, tho.
