What next? I think with more watts, and a gradually improved amplifier.

I think they could eventually own the budget / mid level amp market. They can do software unlike a lot of prestige brands and they are continually creating updates and improvements.

Agree that's likely next.....personally I would love an upgraded Pro streamer with an aluminium case like the amp and USB output! 👍

This is exactly what I was thinking, if it was a really good amp with a really good DAC at a higher price I think they'd sell them by the bucket load.

Plump up for the Wiim Pro or Pro Plus, fewer compromises. And still use the Audiolab's DAC.

No advantage to the Pro Plus but I think you can get a remote with the Pro... And I agree, Audiolab DAC implementation is great. Just the software.
