Dolby Pro logic IIz front height speakers

My amp (denon 2311) supports dolby pro logic IIz. I run monitor audio silver series off them.

For the front height speakers... I'm guessing I would use the rxfx speaker...?

if not which other speaker from the range, thx.

I would suggest the RX1 or MA Apex would be a better solution.

I've not yet had the chance to hear front height channels in action, but given that they are intended to increase the perceived height of the FR and FL channels, I would imagine you would want to go for as seamless a blend of sound between the FL/FR speakers and their matching front height speakers as possible. Therefore driver matching might be fairly important, so I would stick with the silver series and get the RX1's - the RSFX will disperse the sound a little too much I think, with their angled tweeters, you would want the tweeters pointing at the listening position to help localise that height effect!
