Question Dolby Atmos

My TV doesn’t support Dolby Atmos but my Sonos soundbar does. What is the cheapest way of getting Dolby Atmos to work without replacing my TV?
Would something like this work if connected between the TV and Soundbar?

It’s a Samsung is a UE55KS7500U
Netflix, Amazon prime

I'm assuming the Netflix and Prime via apps on your TV?

I don't think any external device will help you. Choose "bitstream" in audio settings which will allow your Sonos to process sound. I think you should get Atmos.

Using Arc HDMI output

If it's regular ARC (not eARC) then it should output a compressed version of Atmos via Dolby Digital Plus as this page implies, I think? https://thehometheaterdiy.com/can-hdmi-arc-send-dolby-atmos-audio/
