Does anyone own an Apple Universal Ipod dock????

Can anyone help? Does anyone own one of the above ipod docks? I have just ordered one to connect up to my Kandy Amp but it isn't clear on what leads I need to dock to amp. I think its a 3.5mm headphone jack to phono leads but want to make sure i get the right one.
