Do Audio USB cables require burn in time?

As Per My experience with USB Cables. The Cables Doesn't require any burn In Time

My father could not get his camera to upload photos onto his PC or get his mobile phone to charge. I saw it was the same USB cable type for both, so swapped them. The PC recognised the camera and the photos uploaded and the mobile phone now charges. I have had that a few times with USB cables. They mysteriously stop and start working.
