As a child of the 80s with a rock loving dad who’s taste went wayward from the 70s, this is long-awaited.

The various remasters from the back catalogue have sounded amazing, including Money For Nothing as double lp. Alchemy remastered? Yes please 😊

I think it’s finally out next week, quite excited.

Alchemy is the 1st album I ever bought with my own money, money saved from received pocket money from mum & dad.
It was in 1984, I was 13. A young lad with some good taste I´d say

Bought it in different formats over the years; vinyl, CD, VHS & Blu-Ray

Can’t remember whether I bought the vinyl or CD first, but I but the CD from a Woolworths near where I lived at the time - got home and they’d forgotten to put the CDs in! Thankfully they were only a 10 minute walk away…

Can confirm the remastered Alchemy sounds great. Definitely should have spent 1/4 of the money on the cd, given the likelihood of me regularly listening to more than half of the albums. Still, looking forward to hearing the others, especially live at the rainbow- that’s tomorrow morning’s listen.
