Well the location should have no bearing on the reliability of the company, unless you know something we don't, but I'd be more concerned with the fact pointed out last time we discussed this e-tailer that it doesn't accept credit cards, and you have to pay by money transfer.

That looks a bit risky to me, if it's still the case...
